&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;      Located on Marambaia beach in Aquiraz, around 25 km from Fortaleza, &lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aquiraz Riviera&lt;/strong&gt; will be the largest international standard tourism development in Brazil, with an estimated total value of US$ 350 million.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;     The project is developed by the Portuguese-Brazilian Consortium, Aquiraz Investimentos SA, constituted by the Ceará State businessman, Ivens Dias Branco, and by the Portuguese Ceará Investment Fund – Fundo Turístico Imobiliário, Grupo Hoteleiro Dom Pedro and Solverde (a tourism division of Industrial Violas group with the concession of Cassinos do Algarve). &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;     With a total area of 285 hectares, being 1,800 meters in front of the sea and a hotel area divided in eight lots of four hectares in the first class of the beach, Aquiraz Riviera will have a 58-hectare Environmental Protection Area for the local fauna and flora protection.      &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;    The Dom Pedro Laguna Hotel construction determines the start of Aquiraz Riviera’s first stage, forecasted to be completed in 2009. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;    In addition to the hotel it also comprehends the installation of total infrastructure – with raw water, treated water and sewage networks, irrigation systems, power and telecommunications network; and the construction of an 18-hole golf course and a Club House. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;    Furthermore, six multi-family areas will be installed totalizing 400 apartments and the Village Mall.     &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;   The development’s second stage, with conclusion forecasted for the end of 2010, includes the construction of villas, six multi-family areas and the installation of two international standard hotels. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;   The third and last stage has the conclusion forecasted for the end of 2011 with Aquiraz Riviera and all of its installations in full operation. &lt;br /&gt;   Aquiraz Riviera will project several centers for the practice of sports highlighting the golf course with 18 holes - par 72 and displayed through 7,131 yards, but still with a tennis center and an equestrian center.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
